Scheduled service maintenance on November 22

On Friday, November 22, 2024, between 06:00 CET and 18:00 CET, GIN services will undergo planned maintenance. Extended service interruptions should be expected. We will try to keep downtimes to a minimum, but recommend that users avoid critical tasks, large data uploads, or DOI requests during this time.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

  1. FieldTrip is a MATLAB toolbox for MEG and EEG analysis that is being
  2. developed at the Donders Institute for Brain, Cognition and Behaviour
  3. together with collaborating institutes.
  4. The toolbox includes algorithms for simple and advanced analysis
  5. of MEG and EEG data, such as time-frequency analysis, source
  6. reconstruction using dipoles, distributed sources and beamformers
  7. and non-parametric statistical testing. It supports the data formats
  8. of all major MEG systems (CTF, Neuromag, 4D/BTi) and of the most popular
  9. EEG systems, and new formats can be added easily. FieldTrip contains
  10. high-level functions that you can use to construct your own analysis
  11. protocol in MATLAB. Furthermore, it easily allows developers to
  12. incorporate low-level algorithms for new EEG/MEG analysis methods.
